Y is for....

Grant is halfway through kindergarten and loves learning so much. He gets so excited when he knows his sight words and has begun sounding out words and reading words that are around him. He got an alphabet strip from his teacher and was looking at it over the Christmas holidays. This is what we overheard him saying...

P is for Pig

Q is for Quilt

R is for Rabbit

S is for Sun

T is for Tent

U is for Umbrella

V is for Vest

W is for Wagon

X (he skipped) what is that thing anyway? What ever happened to X Ray?

Y...... Y ....... Y is for CAT BALL!

Of course at that point his mom had to stop and say, "Y is for what?"

Grant replies, "Cat Ball."

Mom, laughing very hard after looking at the picture explained, "Yes, cats play with that, it is also known as Yarn!"

Grant keeps us laughing and we just love that sweet little boy!
If someone could tell me what X is Grant would appreciate it!
